A Microsoft Zune Phone has long been the subject of speculation and rumors, and according to one blog, it’ll be unveiled later this month at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Spanish blog MuyComputer is reporting that the Zune Phone is finally on its way–not only that, but they’re reporting that this is 100% confirmed.

According to the story, Microsoft will team up with Nvidia for the presentation, as the phone uses a Tegra chip. Other specs include 480 x 272 resolution and HDMI output. It will run Windows 7 Mobile and weigh 70 grams. Past rumors indicated 720p video support and a 5MP camera.

Stay tuned until MWC (or the next rumor prior to that) for more information on Microsoft’s mobile. [via Gizmodo]
