Twoogle Combines Twitter and Google Searches

Sometimes, the thirst for knowledge can’t be quenched by a Google search alone. Insight must be sought from the wise pontificators who use Twitter, with their 140-character bursts of pure information. Of course, it’s good to look at real Web sites too, so Twoogle combines the best of both worlds. It’s not as fancy as it sounds; instead of seamlessly blending the results, Twoogle displays them side-by-side in scrollable frames, allowing you to compare human buzz to Web sites generated by a computer algorithm. The search engine mash-up can also find results from Google News, Tweetmeme, Friendfeed, OneRiot and Flickr, and it’s all selectable through a set of tabs under the search bar. If knowledge is power, then surely Twoogle will make you king of the world. [About Twoogle and Link]
