The Android Google-Go Mobile Phone Design
By Chris Weiss
One might think that mobile phones are one of the few devices that designers need not craft their own rendition of, what with the innumerable launches and rumors that pass through the halls on any given weekday. However, designers like Taiwan’s Tryi Yeh have decided the flooded market is still missing some flair. The catchy-named Google-G0 is a slider-touchscreen hybrid with four oversized navigation buttons that allow you to switch from browsing to email to dialing. A slide-out virtual keypad takes care of all your text needs. Since this one’s just a design, you’ll have to wait at least a few more hours before feasting your eyes on some hardware that will actually be available to use. [via DVICE]
