Sideline Cinq Doubles Your Monitor Real Estate

Craving a sweet, dual-screened notebook but don’t have the money to upgrade? Don’t worry about it; the Sideline Cinq has you covered. The new display is an add-on LCD monitor for your laptop that allows you to easily (and relatively cheaply) add an extra screen for all your computing pleasure.
Measuring in at 10.1 inches, the Cinq offers 1024 x 600 resolution and connects to your laptop via USB cable. The cable transfers both power and data, and the new display, which offers both landscape and portrait views, can be attached to the machine or placed on a stand. The Cinq works with both Mac and Windows operating systems and includes an SD card reader.
The Cinq will hit retailers in the third quarter of this year at a price of $249. Pre-order through Sideline’s website and you’ll get reduced pricing of $199. [via Engadget]
