Sony Xperia X2

True to rumors, Sony Ericsson made the Xperia X2 official this week, stealing a little bit of Nokia’s show. The slim, slide-out QWERTY Xperia X2 takes the X1’s place in the line and will feature a 3.2-inch display with 480 x 800 resolution and Windows Mobile 6.5. An 8.1 MP camera is included and features up to 16 x digital zoom, auto focus, geo tagging and image stabilizer. You’ll also get Bluetooth and Wi Fi support, a Sony Ericsson media player, stereo speakers and built-in A-GPS chip. Inside the box, Sony augments the 110 MB of internal storage with a 4GB SanDisk microSD card–up to 16GB of external storage is supported, and includes a TV out cable. No pricing information was released, but Sony stated that the phone will be available in select markets begining in the fourth quarter. [via Mobile Crunch]
