HP’s webOS tablet is coming soon, and a new leak provides a more intimate look at the device. According to a leaked spec sheet, the Topaz, as it’s called, will boast a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8660 with built-in Adreno 220 GPU. That package is expected to deliver 1080p video support and integrated GPS.

The model shown sports a 9.7-inch screen with 1024 x 768 resolution, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera,  Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, 512MB of DDR2 RAM, two ‘Beats’ audio-branded speakers and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The tablet will also get Touchstone inductive charging capabilities. A new version of Touchstone–Touchstone v2–will enable tap-to-share functionality for actions like photo sharing, website sharing, audio streaming and wireless printing. All your favorite sensors–accelerometer, eCompass, Gyro and light sensor–are also present.

There will be three initial models: 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB, and the Topaz will be available in Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G flavors.
