New Apple Tablet Rumor Gives a February Release
Sep 15, 2009 - By Chris Weiss
With no Apple tablet coming out of last week’s event, and old rumors of an October release now forgotten memories, Apple still has us guessing as to its highly-anticipated release. With anticipation comes more rumors, and the latest hails from Taiwan Economic News. As the story goes–Wintek will provide the touch panel displays, as they do the iPhone, which will be 9.6 inches. The tablet will include HSPDA module, P.A. semi processor chip and long-lasting battery pack, which will be provided by DynaPack to the tune of up to 300,000 units per month. Price information is comparable to what we’ve seen in the past, with the new rumors placing the tablet in the $799 to $999 range. [via 9to5 mac]
