iDroid New App Brings Browser Tabs to the iPhone

You may not be able to truly multitask on the iPhone (WHY!!), but thanks to an app with an all-too familiar name, you can enjoy more convenient multitasking during Web surfing. The iDroid Mini Browser app enables iPhone and iPod Touch users to enjoy up to four different tabs on the bottom of the screen–not exactly the experience you enjoy on your laptop, but at least you can easily bounce from tab to tab.

The app also enables users to add up to 9 favorite websites as Quick Links, and offers a tab preview with a simple tap and hold. The app provides full screen browsing with a quick tilt over to landscape mode. Best of all, it’s called iDroid–Apple can’t be smiling about that one.

Want to know a little more about the iDroid? Watch the video below–just beware–it’s a pretty long four minutes. [via Dvice]
