Multitasking to Come to IPhone This Summer. Finally.

This caffeine-drunk, results-only society of ADD victims demands the ability to be able to do multiple tasks at once. So far, the country’s favorite smartphone has been unable to deliver, much to the chagrin of users. That will all change this summer when Apple introduces iPhone OS 4.0, according to AppleInsider. In a new report the Apple-obsessed blog states that insiders have reported that the new OS will finally bring multitasking of third-party apps to the iPhone.
The big A will introduce a multitasking manager that will operate on technology from Mac OS X. The sources didn’t get into any more meat of the details, but we’re pretty satisfied with the confirmation that the iPhone (and iPad) will soon multitask.
