New, unverified information and pictures are slipping their way around the Web on a new Motorola Android phone codenamed “Sholes”. The device, which is expected to come to Verizon in October and may or may not be the same as the rumored “Calgary” phone, features a 3.7-inch, 480×854 touchscreen and slide-out QWERTY. The rumored memory is 256MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM and microSDHC up to 16 gigs. “Sholes” owners will stay connected with Wi Fi, EVDO Rev, USB and Bluetooth 2.0. A 5-MP camera with autofocus and GPS are also part of the package. As of yet, no price information has slipped its way into the rumors. [via Electronista]
