Coffee table computer users rejoice: Logitech has a mouse for you that works on glass surfaces, so you’ll never have to drag a mouse pad into the living room again. The so-called Darkfield Lasers inside the mouse look inside the glass for small imperfections, instead of looking straight through to the ground as standard mice are wont to do. Keep in mind that the glass needs to be at least 4 mm thick, which really shouldn’t be a problem. Look for the Darkfield Lasers inside Logitech’s Anywhere MX, for $80, and the Performance Mouse MX, for $100. Both come with a tiny USB dongle and are up for pre-order now. [Logitech via Wired]
