It’s About Time…Google Introduces Support for the Nexus One
By Chris Weiss
Google is starting to remind me of that annoying guy in high school that was always late to class, always handed in his work days after it was due and yet managed to get straight As every semester. And his girlfriend was one hot piece of tail on top of it.
After fixing some of the 3G problems with its update and lowering the detested $350 early termination fee, Google has introduced customer phone support for the Nexus One. The move addresses one of the biggest issues with Google’s first smartphone and replaces the online-only strategy that Google used in the past.
The new customer hotline is (888) 48NEXUS and is available between 4 a.m. and 7 p.m. PST. A live person will be available to answer your questions.
Google probably should have thought about adequate customer support prior to selling its own phone, but at least it’s getting things right now.
Anyone try the new number for your Nexus One questions yet? Does it suffice? [via CNET]
