Ink Your Calendars: iPad 2 Coming on March 2

Well, if you’re a tech-a-holic, you were probably getting a little anxious. Because the iPad’s first birthday is coming up, and that means one thing: the iPad 2 is on the way! But it’s late February and no Apple event on the horizon.
Well rumors indicate that we won’t have to wait long. Apple is expected to hold a March 2 event, and reports (as well as rudimentary Apple awareness) are indicating that the event is all about the iPad 2.
As is its way, Apple hasn’t released any details on the iPad 2, but the hoards of rumors have filled in some blanks. The updated tablet is expected to get a front-facing camera (and FaceTime), a rear-facing camera for photos and video, a better display and a thinner profile. It may also come in a dual GSM/CDMA package. Hopefully, we’ll get the rest next week. [via All Things D]
