Sooner or later, we’ll all get tired of the trackpad, and touch screens will be all the rage. Until then, there are a few products on the cutting edge, including HP’s 12.1-inch business track pad, selling new at Woot for a discounted $700 plus $5 shipping. Don’t be fooled by the photo — there’s a full keyboard under there, revealed when you swivel the screen into a more conventional laptop setting. The real pleasure, however, comes from scribbling on your lap with the stylus. Other features include an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB of RAM, a 120 GB hard drive, a 6-cell battery worth 5.5 hours of battery life and a glass top writing surface. The deal is only $70 cheaper than Amazon’s going price, but considering the list price is $2,200, you’re good either way. [via Woot]
