500x chrome os Google Chrome OS Netbook Specs Leak

We’ve heard plenty of info and rumors on Google’s upcoming Chrome OS and the hardware that’ll go along with it. The latest provides the closest look yet at what we can expect. The U.K.’s IBTimes originally began running the specs of one of the Chrome OS netbooks and they don’t disappoint.

The netbook in question will get an ARM processor and Nvidia Tegra graphics, 10.1-inch multi-touch display and 64GB of SSD. Other specs include standards like WiFi, Bluetooth, 2GB of RAM, 3G, webcam and USB ports.

In addition to the Chrome OS, the netbook will come with a number of Google Apps (Google Maps, Gmail, Google Docs, etc.).

Price is being speculated below $300 and it could be available by next holiday season. Word is that Google still plans on selling directly, but will also offer a subsidized unit from a 3G provider.
