GDGT.com Officially Launches, Crashes

Ex-Engadget Editor in Chief Ryan Block and Gizmodo (and others) founder Peter Rojas have officially launched their new tech destination site, GDGT.  GDGT is a “place where your friends and your gadgets come together”– by involving social functionality on how we use, research and rate the gear we use in this techy life.  The lovely and talented Veronica Belmont gives you a quick walkthrough on GDGT above, take a few minutes, watch and enjoy.  Sadly, GDGT has been bombarded with traffic, so the site is currently down– but you can follow them on Twitter for updates as the site comes back into production.  More to come, we’re looking forward to yet another partner in the world of tech news on the web.
