Mar 12, 2010 - By Chris Weiss
Ready to take all of the dull, questionable sports analysis you can handle on the road? If you’re a Sprint customer, your time is now. Sprint and ESPN announced that ESPN Mobile TV will now be available on Sprint TV, bringing “unparalleled live sports programming and entertainment from ESPN via Sprint handheld devices.” Not to mention a whole day full of SportsCenter and SportCenters with different names.
Just in time for March Madness, the new service will feature 23 Live Men’s NCAA Basketball Games (including Conference Championship games), nine NBA playoffs games, three live Friday Night Fights, three NCAA hockey championship games and 10 regular season MLB games, in addition to plenty of others through the month of April. Over 800 events will be covered during the remainder of the year.
The new feature will be available on most of Sprint’s handset line-up including the HTC Hero, Samsung Moment, Samsung Instinct, Palm Pre and Blackberry Curve. [via BusinessWire]
