Dell Streak Coming to U.S. in Late Summer

We’ve gotten nearly all the info we can expect 5-inch Dell Streak, which looks pretty nice if you want a large smartphone without the phone or a tiny little tablet without much tablet (don’t worry, there are bigger ones on the way). But until now there was no word on when to expect the tablet. Michael Dell finally spilled the goods.
If you got a whiff of the Streak and liked its rich aroma, then we’ve got some good news: it’ll be out sometime before the summer wanes–sooner if you’re in Europe. Dell CEO Michael Dell said at a conference that the 5-inch Streak ” will be available starting next month, first with our partner 02 Telefonica in Europe, then later this summer with our pretty good partner here in the United States, AT&T.”
There you have it: one more tablet coming to market in the next few months. We’ll wager a guess that this compact warrior will fall short of a million in its first 28 days, but for those that love small electronics, it should make a nice piece. [via Engadget]
