Apple iPad Pre-ordering Goes Live at 8:30 a.m. EST

All Wi-Fi iPads will finally be available for pre-order today. You know today (March 12) is the day, but you may not know what time.  Is it business-day 9 a.m.? Perhaps a Black-Friday-style 5 a.m.? Maybe even 12 a.m.? Did you already miss the proverbial door-opening?

No, no, no and no. IPad pre-orders begin at 8:30 a.m. sharp ET (which is the only reason we have this super-early article posted). That’s 5:30 a.m. for our friends over in Cali.

So there you have it. If you’ve been waiting for that very first moment to hit ‘Order’–first you need a life–but then, get to it. Incidentally, Ipads can be ordered over at store.apple.com, but we’re sure you knew that already. In fact, you’re probably already there. So we’re out. Good deed done. [via AppleInsider]
