Acer Launches a Slew of Handsets

There’s an army of new Android handsets coming out of Mobile World Congress and Acer has its very own battalion (not to mention some Windows Mobile handsets). Here’s some details on their latest devices.
Liquid e–The first mobile Acer announced today, the Liquid e makes some slight updates to the Liquid with the bump up to Android 2.1. The phone features a 3.5-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen, 768 MHz Snapdragon processor, 5MP camera, GPS, 802.11 b/g Wi Fi and Bluetooth 2.0. The price and release date were not issued in the press release.
beTouch E110–Another Android release (Android 1.5), the beTouch 3110 includes a 2.8-inch touchscreen, 3 MP camera and FM tuner. It’ll be available next month in black and dark blue.
beTouch E400–The E400 packs Android 2.1, a 600 MHz Qualcomm processor and a 3.2-inch HVGA resistive touchscreen. It’ll be available in April.
neoTouch P300–Based on WinMo 6.5.3, the neoTouch P300 features a 3.2-inch WQVGA touchscreen; slide-out, back-lit Qwerty and Wi Fi. It will ship in March.
neoTouch P400–The P400 is another WinMo 6.5.3 device featuring a 3.2-inch HVGA screen, 600 MHz Qualcomm processor, 3.2MP camera and Wi Fi. It’ll hit the market in May.
Acer also announced that its Ferrari phone will be available next month. The details were light on that one (outside of Android 2.1), and the company hasn’t offered up any pricing info on its new releases. [via Engadget]
